Cervical Dysplasia
There are many approaches in Kundalini Yoga that would assist in your healing process. One would be to strenghten your immune system. All of these will help promote circulation to this area.
There are many techniques in Kundalini Yoga specifically for healing. We recommend practicing Sitali Pranaym which entails inhaling through a curled and extended tongue and exhaling through your nose, keeping your tongue extended the entire time. On both the inhale and the exhale think Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung. Do this at least 26 breaths in the morning and 26 later on.
Of course, cutting our refined sugar, alcohol, coffee, meat, dairy, and processed foods will be beneficial. We also recommend an organic vegetarian diet with plenty of raw foods. A good B complex, antioxidents, lycopene, probiotics and EFA\'s will be helpful as well.

Ozone therapy seems to be showing promising research for this condition and may be worth looking into.
